30 ml / 2 tsp chopped sweet red pepper, chopped (optional) Pinch of salt

Pinch of cayenne pepper
50 ml / ¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or parmesan)

Cook macaroni according to directions on package .
Drain and set aside.
Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet, add flour and stir until smooth.
Gradually add milk and heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and creamy.
Book.
In a large bowl, mix together all other ingredients except cheese.
Add sauce and mix well.
Pour into buttered pan and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 180C (350F) for about 40 minutes, until top is brown and crispy. This dish is
itself as complete as a meal delicious.

Soup Recipe atriplex: Makes 4 servings
50 ml / ¼ cup butter
50 ml / ¼ cup onion, chopped 1
L / 4 cups of tender young leaves of Atriplex, washed and finely chopped
1 L / 4 cups chicken broth
few grains
few grains of nutmeg paprika

Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion-y. Add
atriplex, coat it well with butter, cover and simmer until tender (10-15 minutes). Go to Chinese
or blender, then put the puree in a pan.
Add broth and seasonings, heat and serve with crackers and cheese.
