Cut into small pieces and mix first four ingredients.

Watercress Soup Recipe: makes 3 or 4 servings
250 ml / 1 cup watercress, washed
500 ml / 2 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Spread the watercress in a blender and reserve.
Heat the milk and add seasoning.

6 or 12 slices of buttered rye bread

Using a fork, mix all ingredients except bread.
Spread mixture on bread.
You can eat these sandwiches as well, or if you prefer sandwiches, cover each with another slice of bread.
Serve with soup.
