Lump Thing In My Nose

PAQUERETTE ROYAL CHOCOLATE CAKE TRIANON

The white chocolate ganache (the day before or morning)

The crispy praline:
* 100 grs pralinoise

Arrange individual circles (diameter 7.5 cm) on a tray covered with baking paper.
