Who Can Receive Ammunition In Nyc

Maltesers

For 7 tiramisu:
* 16 grandchildren cookies butter (or Roudor).
* 100 grams of butter * 3 eggs

* 70 g sugar * 250 gr
mascarpone fresh out of at least 30 minutes. before
* 2.5 *
gelatin balls of chocolate
3 colors * 1 / 2 packet of Maltesers


Layer biscuit:

Blend cookies in food processor finely enough. Melt butter.
Mix butter and cookies.
Prepare your circles on the carpet. The line of a strip of parchment paper. Ask a layer of biscuits and tamp well. Chill.

Mascarpone Mousse:
Separate yolks from whites.
Soften the gelatin in a bowl of cold water.
Whisk yolks with 50 grams of sugar until light. Add mascarpone and whip with electric mixer 2 minutes.
Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and remaining sugar.
Heat 2 tablespoons of water to dissolve the softened gelatine.
Add to the mix the mascarpone, then move the white (note that order and do not wait too much not to risk as gelatin have begun to take!).
In the circles, put some Maltesers by plating on the edges. Add moss, smooth and freeze several hours. Turn out and decorate
balls or chocolate Maltesers.

They are really good. Please note that
mascarpone is not too cold or it will take the gelatin too quickly and will then be difficult to incorporate the egg whites.
