How To Build A Swing Bicycle

NOUGATINE

For 2 pouches (for example to offer!):
* 175 grs sugar
* 5 *
cup water few drops of juice lemon
* 100 gms almonds


Cook sugar with water and lemon juice until a light caramel. Moisten the edges of the pan with a brush to prevent sugar attaches to the walls. Remove from heat
Add the almonds at once. Beware of projections.
Pour the nougat on a carpet cooking plate more or less fine. As it cools, it will harden. Break it into pieces and store in a dry place in an airtight tin.
Tip: To find pans clean and free of nougat, including boil water. The caramel will dissolve.
