BLINI
For blinis:
plain yogurt * 1 egg * 1
flour * 1 jar (the jar empty yogurt)
* 1 pinch of salt
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
Whip the egg and yogurt. Add without ceasing to beat the flour, salt and baking powder.
Let dough rest 1 hour in refrigerator.
Make small piles of dough using a large tablespoon in a nonstick pan.
Cook 2 minutes. and return.
Serve warm or cold with blinis: smoked salmon, capers, eggs lumpfish ... And with a little sauce, a little heavy cream + lemon juice + salt, pepper and dill.
